So I finally got my D50 to drop and once I find an upgrade (WT5) I will use my D50 to craft Kendra's Liberty. What I want to know is if it's actually worth using as an exotic. I also only have one exotic component to upgrade either Chatterbox or Kendra's Liberty to 500. Can Kendra's Liberty put out any kind of real DPS, say in a shield build (or in general), or is it just a situational turret destroyer? Any opinions or facts on the subject would be much appreciated!

Is that 1 million damage factoring in the 500% buff from the perk or no? I was going to go for a build with as much pistol damage I could get just to get away from stale cheese meta builds.
As for the Exotics in general, how do you guys feel about the effort you have to put in to get the various exotic weapons? How do they feel to use compared to other weapons in The Division 2, or other exotics back from The Division?
