Not sure if it impacts other leaderboards, but I do a lot of Control Points, total has been stuck on 3122 for the last 3-4 days at least. The rankings change, but totals don't update.
[UPDATE] Should have said, raid completions leaderboard definitely updates. Control Points still at 3122
[UPDATE 2] Progress started updating again yesterday, but not like the 30+ CPs I've taken since the bug
