[2019] Shield splinterer-f2000 should get Rail mods

I know that this probably won't happen but i really love the F2000 but hate that it lacks a rail mod. Having no rail mod really effects the gun I know 5% critical chance doesn't sound like a lot but now that mods got changed I honestly think the Named F2000 should get a rail mod. Maybe even a unique one for it self? Thoughts on this? Maybe that will help it be better placed in the AR tier list.
