After, and ever since WONY released, I've tried and been unable to complete the "quest/project" for the Exotic Dodge City Gunslinger Holster.
I completed it when it originally released.
WONY came out so I deconstructed it because at the time Devs said there would be no upgrade blueprints (now there are in TU9).
I have not been able to find the project to restart it at locations it was originally found, but I've been able to collect some components.
I collected all components from different faction lvl 4 checkpoints, but can't complete the last component where you have to meet the boss at NOON in the restaurant.
He never spawns, ever.
I know you have to be there exactly at noon, and I have been several times!
He still never spawns no matter what I do (restart game, logout, etc.).
Now I'm struck because the game thinks I never completed the quest originally, so I can't farm it!
And on occasion I'll do a lvl 4 checkpoint and a component I already have for the holster will drop again, but I will not be able to pick it up.
Please fix this bug, the boss in the restaurant you meet at noon NEVER spawns into game. I've tried everything, invaded map, non-invaded map, logout, restart, I can't even deconstruct the components to reset everything.
This issue is on PS4. Thanks
