Ranger talent: Every 5m you are from the target grants 2% weapon damage, require 4 or LESS utility to be equipped
Spotter talent: 10% weapon damage to pulsed enemies, require 5 or MORE utility to be equipped

does it even makes sense? i am sure both talents are intended for sniper build, marksman rifle or rifle in general. but you can't activate both at the same time because of these requirement, why?? pulse help you to spot hidden far enemies which is great for ranger talent, but they can't work together, just why?

I personally consider it a sort of split path for snipers - either the more forward-scout sniper or the backline heavy hitting sniper.Each has their own advantage and place within the right squad setup. It's definitely interesting to consider how particular playstyles might have complimentary talents that, despite being for the same type of build, cannot be used simultaneously.

How do each of your builds play off the talents in them - how has your playstyle changed to better work with the talents at your disposal?
