[2021] Bugged WoNY Battery Park Bounty Location

For the past 3 weeks there has been one specific bounty location in the WoNY expansion in Battery Park that is consistently bugged out time and time again. At first it was vs the Medicine Thieves and now it's for a Clan Bounty vs the Franklin Street Crew. This is at a massive building taken over by the Rikers. After eliminating the guards outside, once inside the building you must interact with an elevator once upstairs, there is no way to get down to where the enemies are. As you can kill them with skills, upon doing so there are no doors that unlock like it the usual bounty runs. There are no doors to open, no yellow junction boxes to shoot and no fast ropes to rappel. Thus leaving the Boss stage of the bounty unfinished every time we attempt it. This is becoming to be more and more of an issue for myself and several of my clan members, as we are sure most of the remaining unbanned community are experiencing it also. With all of the current bugged content week in/week out, my enthusiasm to play this game is dwindling rapidly. Ive been a part of the Division community since launch day of Division 1 and continue to grind hours in Division 2 for what feels like a repeated slap across the face. Please put some effort into fixing this location or completely removing it from the playable Bounty location rotation. I've attached several images. Thank you!
