[2022] Bug with Season 9 Apparel, specifically the backpack skins

This only appears to be happening with the season 9 backpack skins you get for completing a outfit. If I equip say the Maintenance backpack skin to one of my backpacks, the Maintenance backup skin is applied to all my backpacks, even the Memento backpack. This bug is applicable to the Maintenance Backpack skin, the Hotzone backpack skin and the Meltdown backpack skin.
