Toxic delivery transferred the plague of the outcasts to another player once I killed a player, x2 91k base dmg proc ticks. No idea how this happened, was very surprised as the pestilence talent is not seen as a status effect.
it has only happened once. on a build using Vile and Ongoing directive. I never got it on stream to look back on as i was just testing the build when it happened.
