[2019] Hunter at the Nest control point before endgame?

So, as I cleared out the Nest (Constituion Hall, beside an infected area) at level 21, I noticed my UI was glitching as it does when hunters are approaching. Is there a secret hunter here before endgame or is this a glitch?

Btw, I did the secret quest where you face one of them and they run away. Not sure if it's connected? I thought we were only supposed to get them at the endgame?

Edit: No clue what I did, but the UI glitch is gone. I did try shooting a few points on the building that stood out, as I know that can be a trigger for hunters. I didn't imagine there was really anything there, but it was worth a shot, I guess. Anyway, I guess that was just a bug?
