[2019] Where my 3x items, new Backpack Trophy and Cache?

So I started the game today and it said I have been awarded with 3x items a Backpack Trophy and something's else, I think it was a cache....
Where are they?

Hey all,

Make sure to check the "Grants" tab in your Stash. If it doesn't appear in the "Grants" tab, let us know!

The care package is given to all players who log into the game between July 26th and August 13th. For more information about the care package, see this post.

This should now be fixed.

Restart the game for it to take effect, and if there would by any further issues - let us know!
