I'm missing the last 1 SHD Tech Cache. My character is already at World tier 5, and all the main and side missions had been finished. (both 100% in the progression page). I've already re-check all over the map for more than ten times but the last SHD cache won't show up.
All the unmarked SHD techs around the White House has all been collected, as well as the one in Downtown West (the one on the construction site).
Is this a bug? Because all of my friends seem to get all of them just fine. Only me and one of my friend who has been playing with me since day 1 who still facing this problem.
