[2022] Cannot login with any character - Loading stuck at 9%

This morning I logged in with my second character and I found myself in the NY map being constantly damaged by invisible enemies and ended up dying. The hive reviver didn't kick in so I had to go back to a spawn point after which the loading bar got stuck at 0%. I was forced to close the game in the task manager.

From that moment I cannot login in with either that character or the other one I have, and the loading bar constantly gets stuck at 9% usually (occasionally 10% or 27%). I can get into the screen where you can select the characters and change settings but that's about it.

Tried performing the usual troubleshooting steps, verifiying game files, reinstalling the game, etc. but with no success.
