I can see that you have been informed that this is a known issue that the team are currently working on. I can appreciate your desire for this to be resolved but regrettably, support are not able to add items to your inventory.

All we can advise is patience while the team investigates this issue.

I have checked in with the team and can see that your support case was not deleted it was merged with another case you have open about the issue.

I can see you are pursuing a refund, we on the forums are not able to assist with your refund, you will need to be patient while that case is dealt with.
