This latest trash update claims to have fixed the crashing issue but all it did for me was make the game crash and quit to desktop instead of just hanging/freezing until I force close it. Absolutely useless whoever had the nerve to say it's been fixed, seems like they just picked that topic out of the update raffle and claimed they fixed the long running issue.
I've also noticed they're still too lazy to fix skill bugs etc. that have been present for over a year;
- I still have to keep picking up my artillery turret as it always ends up aiming where I was looking a few seconds ago.
- Enemies roll after a seeker has hit them but still counts as them dodging it.
- Enemies can also apparently roll away from overcharged seekers despite the near doubled hit radius.
- Enemies that aren't looking in your direction are still apparently shooting at you with pinpoint accuracy, especially common on grenadiers.
- Purple and elite black/white tusk lobbing grenades whilst on fire.
- Enemy snipers shooting multiple pinpoint accurate rounds whilst on fire.
- Mini tanks do about 1000mph to go get instant healed.
- Elite white tusk res drone occasionally takes less than a second to res, seems to only have to look at the body within 10m and they're up with full health.
- Enemy grenades and molotovs including the car bombs can hit player through walls and concrete but player fire/explosives cannot.
- The drone does it's own thing and always comes back to you after a kill and just idles around until you tell it to target the person it was right next to before coming back.
- The sniper turret rarely works indoors if it's raining outside but enemy turrets etc. still have pinpoint accuracy, outdoors is a complete write off for player but not for enemies apparently.
- Still suffering with blanked out skills and have to log out to fix them.
- My weapon attachments are often missing or show up on my pistol.
- Red and purple enemies seem to have got a stealth buff, rogues and hunters often hit softer.
- White Tusk mini-gunner hive still piercing walls including concrete.
- Armour directive still broken and doesn't restore bars with med kit.
- Still yet to see patch notes about adding in shock grenades to Hyenas.
I'm sure the list is a lot longer than this but this is my main few issues I have.
I play quite a few games and this is the only game developer that seems to have bugs persistent for years at a time and also re-introduce old bugs when they "fix" something else. After nearly 200hrs between Far Cry 5, New Dawn and Far Cry 6 I have only suffered a handful of crashes with the same background programs running when I run Division 2. Division 2 dev's seem to have no idea how to fix bugs including ones they implement and it's getting pretty ridiculous. They're always quick to act if there's a bug/glitch that allows players have some fun for a while and also enjoy punishing people for they're incompetence. When it comes to mostly game breaking bugs they just pretend like it's always the players fault blaming hardware and other software.
I'll still keep playing Division 2 unfortunately because of the originality and variety in the game however, I'm sick of them ignoring everything wrong in the game and focusing on pointless crap like the new mastery level boring grinding for minimal reward. That time spent coming up with that useless addition could have been spent fixing the game that many of us want to keep playing but have to put up with junk that should've been patched months ago.
