Summit Combat Mastery Merit - progress racking broken, the rest of its commendation scores unobtainable

Summit Service Merit - cannot claim after completing 50 ascents

I can confirm that the Summit Service Merit has been reported, I will also report the issue with the Combat Mastery Merit.

@AngryMonchhichi could you please provide a screenshot of the Combat Mastery Merit. You mentioned that it has tracked the progression but it cannot be claimed.
