[2023] Game crashes multiple times if I hover over Summit / Pentco Fairview

Hi there, this morning, I can confirm that the bug still exist. I would like to make a new post. This is because the bug still exists.
The weirdest thing is everywhere else is fine. But once I move across the map close to Summit / Pentco Fairview Power Plant, the game froze and crashed. Not once, not twice... multiple times!

For every crash, I will keep sending crash report...
