Thanks for your report. I've deleted your duplicate thread, as it looks like you've included more information here. Thanks for adding this.

We'd like to see the image you captured, if possible. You can transfer PS4 images to PC by saving the image to a USB. To do this, please do the following:
- Plug in your USB drive to one of the USB slots on your PS4
- From the home screen, select the the Capture Gallery
- On the next screen, select "The Division 2," and this should display all of your screenshots from the game
- Find the image you would like to transfer to your computer and click the Options button on your controller
- On the right-hand menu that pops up, select Copy to USB Storage Device.
- Select the image by placing a check-mark next to it, then select "Copy" in the lower-right corner. Click "Ok" once you have been displayed the file location, and the image will be copied to the USB.

You mention that the issue persisted when you tried resetting the mission. Would you be able to record a video as well that shows this in-game, and transfer it to PC using the same method? This will help us to investigate further.

Would you also be able to send us a video showing that you're unable to choose the difficulty for the Schaeffer mission, besides global setting? You can record the footage directly on PS4, or by using an alternative means (such as a camera) if that's easier. As long as we can clearly view the footage, as this will help us to take a closer look.
