So, a topic thats gone around a LOT in my head is, do the developers even kind of care about the rampant cheating that occurs in their game? I mean they give us 96 hoops to jump through if we want to accurately report someone without just clicking a button in game that HAS BEEN PROVEN to do literally nothing or im sorry does it go to the zero in game support staff you have? No no i mean report someone wtih video evidence, like i have tried to do many times, to no avail, always its either the live chat is unavailable or it just says "Please email" Then doesnt give you an email to send it to? or whoever responds literally thinks you're just talking about another game for some reason even though you clearly point ouit its division 2 like 6 times? like How can we begin to think you care? When time and time again Ive taken time out of my day to report these players in the Full correct format and that effort.... Isnt just brushed aside its thrown out the window and lit on fire with ridgeways somehow. Like im done. we all should be. heres another one for you even though we all know you're not gonna watch this, im just literally not wasting my time dealing with your contact us section again. ever. [Redacted].I love division as much as the next person and i really enjoy and appreciate the game you have made clearly. but ive seen TOO many GOOD players, friends even turn their back on this dumpster fire because of this pecise reason. I emplore you to... implament SOME kind of change. if not... i mean you'll be losing me as a customer before too long, i respect myself too much to keep playing a game... ya know... for fun? that the developers do not seem to care to fix.
