Turning to the online community for help.

Ubisoft has not refunded my money for a return, product was accepted at their LA VERGNE, TN US location on 4/5/2019. I dont care to list the entire ubsioft support case but I can if needed.

Can anyone here help me, PLEASE!

I have contacted Ubisoft support, its been over 1 month since they received return, case has now been open 2 months. I have followed all Ubisoft's requests with full cooperation with support including attaching all pictures, proof of purchase following the return policy as instructed. Hence why I have reached out to the forums.

I am here to be more visible. I will post every day until I get my refund.
