[2019] Smaller Clans

Why does the game require clan size of 4 to use the clan area in the White House and also are missions like the Tital Basin meant for larger clans? We are a clan of 2 and we are very disappointed that we are failing all the time for the past several weeks to finish Tital Basin and have started new player just to have some fun. Before we get trolled, yes we are over 60 year old nerds and enjoy our clan of 2 and feel like smaller clans are being overlooked and discriminated against.
