Can you tell me if the 4piece bulwark talent is supposed to work all the time.. or just when it can be bothered turning up?
I only ask because it says "whenever you or your shield take damage" yet I have been getting the living snot blasted out of me... And no makeshift repair activation is shown... Not that helpful in legendary when you're holding up three heavies so your squad can kill them...
Now, if this is a bug... How about fixing it, I know you don't really like fixing bugs that hinder players, but how about just this once you actually do it? That would be great, thx.
Ps, yes, I know my tone is quite aggressive, it's meant to be, as frankly am now so fed up with all the incompetence shown by the Devs you do not deserve any courtesy at all.
