As the title says. I heard that I would have to re-assign my points for my completed specialist after TU4 dropped. Well what I found was that all my specialist where short 5 points. Also when I entered each of them I found that I had no way of reassigning all the points. Some of the specialties where locked and could not be unlocked OR points could not be assigned even though the spots where assessable. Has anyone else have this problem? I'm on PS4.

You cant get all the weapon damage unlocked for all guns, you can only spend 45 points here. Not sure if they are the locked parts for some
