Recommended level for Francia and Siege of Paris DLC seems stuck at 200 regardless of level scaling. My current power level is 441 with level scaling set to Default. Wrath of the Druids and Mastery Challenges have properly scaled to 390 but Siege of Paris is stuck at 200. See screenshot.

From the screenshot you provided I can see that this is showing recommended level to start the Arc mission, which is different from your upscaled level.
Can you please confirm the level of your enemies when you travel to Francia?
