So i have one Character/Toon i have made for this game. 33 hrs into it lot done da da da (yes many have a lot more but hey its a character with progress on it). Log in the weekend top play with friends and my character is gone. only way to play is create a new character. I have 2 factor authentication set up and such but still changed password to be safe. opened a ticket the weekend about this with support but no response yet for the issue which is annoying.

So is there any way i can recover a toon/character on my own. I did not del the toon, that's for sure, but ya I don't want to start from scratch again. Or hey Support if you see this, can you action my ticket.

Hello again @GT_Hawk,

We aim to respond to all cases opened with our support team within 48 hours, but occasionally this can take a longer amount of time if there is a spike in players contacting us via our live chat, email, Twitter and Facebook platforms., which I can confirm is the case at the moment. Hopefully an agent will be able to reply to you soon and assist, we may need to escalate your case to our Division team afterwards to be able to restore your character. All I can do is thank you for your patience whilst we look into restoring your character for you.

Hey GT_Hawk You should still have the option to contact us through email support using this link which will take you to your open cases >  https://www.ubisoft.com/help/cases

If you were to open more live chats with us, it may actually take us longer to assist you, as you will be opening more separate cases, so I can only advise you to wait for a reply over email if you have already opened a case with us, we will be with you as soon as we can. As per my last message, regrettably, sometimes it may take us longer than 48 hours to get back to you if we have a high volume of players contacting us at this time, but your case will be in our queue.
