[2023] After completing a mission and saving the game once I log back on that mission is no longer done.

as stated above after I do my mission (Jefferson trade center) and waiting for an auto save every time i log back into the game it resets my missions but I still keep all my stuff but i cant progress the main story line. I'm wonder if anyone has found a solution for this bug or do i have to restart with a new character and hope my game doesn't bug.
