[2019] Give me a Flashlight please

.. i love this game .. since The Division 1 ... and i like to use " Neutral Light Mode " ... its make me feel creepy at night but its awesome .. the only one i miss and i want is a simple Flashlight .. please can you dev bring a flashlight at this game .. thanks
