[2019] Well done devs nice addition to the game

To my surprise it only took me around 420 hours to realise that the enemies cant spot you in the rain, so well done devs for putting some sort of realism into game, to limit the visibility in a terrible weather condition.

I'm pretty sure the are other people that havent notice this aswell, so yeah, in the rain NPC will try to run close to you, and wont shoot you in the distance because they cant see you, so if you can see them or u got a pulse that yellows the npc you have a huge advantage
