In the grand washington hotel i get a bug a npc is stuck behind a wall and is impossible to hit unless you thow all your granades at him and hope you hit him.
By that time you lost more then 4 to even 6 minutes in the time trail, so the 15 minutes is impossible to this npc stuck behind the wall.
It's in the balkony scene where you have to shoot across, the npc is in the open window second floor second from the left.
the npc does not move at all, sometimes it's a robot other times a npc with a shield, witch in turn makes it even harder to kill.
Now apparently this bug has been around for some time now, first report i saw was from april 2019.but that one was stuck on the balkony below the invissble wall bug.
in short time trail league 15 min impossible.
