[2023] Any tips/advice on how to avoid getting the usual disconnects (booted) from Countdown?

So Massive, after several months, have been unable to fix the annoying disconnects. Note: A rep told me recently that they're trying fix it with every patch, which I'm not buying since it seems to getting worse (i.e Just today, after the last supply case, an entire sub squad got booted). So, has anybody gotta a method (s) to avoid getting disconnected?

Examples:

1. Stay away from the last supply case?
2. As soon as the 4min timer starts, don't linger around...run out quickly
3. Don't screw with your gear (changing gear sets)
4. Play something else until it's fixed,
