Hey there @Pawel_Grzb, if you're still not finding the cowboy suit you mentioned can you grab a screenshot of the Season 11 pass rewards page that lists the exact name of the item(s)?
Also, are there any other apparel items that you were supposed to receive that you didn't?
Finally, did you already check your message inbox in-game? Sometimes apparel items are delivered through that system.
