[2022] Special offer for "3000 premium credit and bonus outfit" is not shown in the store

According to the latest Special report last point, it was mentioned that there will be a one-time offer for 3000 premium credits with bonus outfit, but based my today experience, this is not shown in the store, I can buy only the standard packages.



Is it a bug, or what?

I don't really remember well, but maybe there was a same (or at least similar) special offer in the past, so if I have bought that special offer, I am not eligible for new (or same???) special offer?

Are these the same offers?
