I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered a number of issues whilst playing The Division 2. Thanks for taking the time to share these reports with us.
Please note that the "Known Issues" list is non-exhaustive, and won't contain every issue currently under investigation by the dedicated teams. Allow me to look at each of the issues you've reported in turn below:
Unable to apply skins to Kingbreaker Rifle
I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to apply skins to your Heartbreaker rifle. Would you be able to provide us with a video that shows this behaviour in-game? We can then forward this to the dedicated teams so they can investigate this further.
When sharing a video, I'd recommend uploading these to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within this thread we can take a closer look at.
Unable to apply skins / dye / gear mods to the Heartbreaker Gear set
The dedicated teams have been notified about this issue, and they're currently looking into this further. To help us to look into this further, would you be able to provide us with a video that shows you're unable to customise the Heartbreaker Gear?
Additionally, can you let us know the following information:
- Which parts of the Heartbreaker Gear set have been affected?
- Did you craft the vest or did you loot it from the open world?
- Did you re-calibrate the vest before trying to edit it?
Lost exotic components
Just to check, did this loss occur following the recent rollback that took place on 31st May 2022? If this is the case, then I recommend keeping an eye out on our official platforms for more information following this rollback. Any news regarding compensation will also be shared here.
