Hi, the time trial mission DARPA Research Labs and Camp White Oak are unplayable at the moment because we all know the manhunt Faye Lau XP farm.
I don't mind slow time(s) but when I cannot progress since the NPCs does not spawn in, it gets a bit annoying. Is there a work around?

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues while playing some time trials missions and that the NPC are not spawning.
