[2019] Thank You??

It's very odd. When I strike one of the major sites, I call for back-up. After we get done with the mission I always thank them for a job well done. But 9 of 10 times they just split without saying a word. Maybe I'm old fashion or I'm getting too old and the state of affairs is not to thank someone for helping another out.
