The Capacitor is unlocked by completing 5 different Challenges in The Summit. Can you take a screenshot showing your summary screen that shows you have completed 5 challenges there?
Also, if you examine the weapon racks in The Haven, are you able to see The Capacitor displayed there? That would indicate that you have unlocked it, and should have access to it.
Hey there @Timsho3, have you been able to complete 5 Challenges in The Summit to obtain The Capacitor? If you did complete 5 challenges and still did not receive it, please let me know.
