Since the forums are being killed off in favour of a chat app I'm not going to bother with much more of a report than keeners emp was still affecting me while running around NY 30 minutes after leaving the island.
Rubbish fight with lazy design to make it seem hard and honestly no idea why I even bothered going there for the league.
