[2020] Apparel event not showing -- never gave a single key

Anyone else having the problem of the apparel event while showing on the screen not working properly? When I go into the cache screen I see the normal caches but nothing else. I've leveled up a bunch and never received a single key. I can't even see the sample outfits.

Yes I have the DLC, yes I have the expanded rewards for season 3.

Hello babalou2002! This issue should've been resolved on October 7th. However, the teams haven't announced if they are retroactively adding Apparel Event Cache Keys to accounts. If this is decided upon, details would be posted to the game's forums and Twitter page.
