[2019] What’s up with those yellow rubber ducks?

Seriously, as the title says. They are everywhere. West side on map theres a building with them sitting around some kind of a throne with larger duck, surrounded by yellow small quackers. Like some kind of ritual. Then around the world ducks are sitting in places, often times representing some kind of scene with other animals. Open your eyes guys, yellow rubber ducka are plotting to take over WDC.
