If the Ongoing Directive effect is triggered while the minigun is equipped, the weapon equipped immediately before is given hollow point ammo referenced to the minigun's ammunition count.
Normally, the number of hollow point ammo available depends on the magazine size of the weapon equipped. However, by using this glitch, you can obtain more hollow point ammo.
