I'm sorry to see you're encountering this issue. Could you answer a few questions for me?
- Does this happen every time you load in-game?
- Does your game load, or do you get stuck on this screen?
- You mention that this only happens to your main character. Does this mean you have additional characters, where the loading screen info shows correctly?

Yes, it happens everytime I log in my boosted character.
I have boosted character and not boosted character, so I have 2 characters. That issue only happens to my boosted character, which means not boosted(30lv) character shows loading screen info correctly.
And I've never suffered from stuck or crash in loading screen.
