[2022] Crusader Shield proficiency/expertise level dropped when using unlocking skill for alt character

Thanks for providing your experience of this the_Kettle I am happy to hear this does not affect every player who unlocks this skill on an alt character, it definitely sounds as though there is something more to this issue. We are still awaiting replication of this issue by our QA team and we have made them aware of this thread in the meantime.
