[2019] Normalization damage glitch or exploit

My friend and I were in the normalized dz last night when we ran across players who melted everyone on the server. After a few suspicious melted deaths I inspected the players. These players had 20 to 21k damage on their p416s in the normalized dz. My p416 is 7.8k There builds didnt even have much damage on them. And looked incomplete. Most of the talents were inactive . I have the screen shots of two of their builds. I have seen this a few times. I think they realized I was inspecting them because they started taking things on and off and changing out mods while being inspected. If anyone wants to see these screen shots just message me. I should mention we were on ps4.
