My Nemesis attack is bugged also the Talent not working, I upgraded it in the workbench and got the good roll but I tried it both in the practice range and outside the damage is so low, dont know if the stat is bugged because it got 2M Attacks but when Hitting enemy only 300k-500k damage, I Tried other sniper It can do 1,7m damage.
Hello @N3mB0t thanks for providing an insight into how the Nemesis marksman rifle handles, I can also confirm the button must be held down to charge the shot and inflict more damage, you can also mark the enemies for greater damage.
