I'd love to play the new update, but I can't go 5 minutes without a Delta-03 Disconnect. Its constant.

Going on 5 months now.
Five months.
Five.

I don't want to sound like the whining nerd here, but I've sent in error and bug reports for months on end, and I'm not the only one in my region having this issue. I have tried literally every solution that Ubisoft has offered me.

Please.
Please fix the Asia Servers.
Regular updates on progress shows care and intent.
The lack of resolution in 5 months just gives off the impression that Ubisoft/Massive doesn't care.

So disappointed.

I'm unable to find a support case for connectivity issues on your account - if you have contacted us in a different way, can you please clarify? Was it through another thread here on the forums, and if so, can you provide me with a link?

You've mentioned trying solutions provided by us - would you mind clarifying the troubleshooting already attempted? Did you complete every step in our PS4 connectivity troubleshooting guide already for instance, including portforwarding?
