Ok, so I've been working on different builds and trying new things, but also revisiting old things. I was working on a few builds lately and as you know, gearsets like strikers and heartbreaker can ramp up their stacks with ease by using shotguns as every pellet hit counts for the stacks.

Taking this into consideration I wanted to try this on a perk like fast hands where every critical hit would add a stack of reload speed (which is the main crux on most shotguns) as it would benefit greatly. What I've found out however, it doesn't work. Every critical hit only counts as one per shot and the only way to get to max stacks is by reloading, but not to full ammo as that is where the stacks get reset.

This makes, what could be a great talent for the shotgun, it completely useless instead. My questions are, is this a bug or as intended? If it's the former, please fix it! If it's the latter, please change it to work as it does like with strikers and heartbreaker. Shotgun is fun to play with but waaaaay too limited regarding usefulness in my opinion. Changing this would actually add a lot of new opportunities.
