[2021] Button issue

I started having a problem with buttons. Specifically I can’t do things that require holding the button down. Example opening crates, holding y to get specialized weapon. Hold down x to lick up dropped items. Hold down up or down d-Pad to open league stats.
rebooted Xbox. Changed controllers.
anyone have this problem or know solution?
