i have had this Idea of implementing a Club Ladder/Hub. It works quite simple... People join your Club and join a Certain "Ladder".
Let's take TMGL Club as example as it should be known by the Majority of People. U join the TMGL Club, u join the Ladder inside the Hub and we can queue for a "1v1" match. Every Loss or Win gives or loses you points.
At the end of a "week, month or set period of time" the Ladder closes and the Top 10 for example are rewarded with their Points/Trophees or even real money/prices.
This way Ubisoft Nadeo gets exposure because people will play that on streams etc. and have a reason to grind for something. Skill Difference too high? No Problem, make "professional" Hubs Invite only.
Example:
TMGL Hub: Invite
TMGL:C Hub: Invite
TMGL:O Hub: Public
To Qualify for TMGL:C Hub u need to get a certain position after lets say 1 Month in TMGL:O Hub. And so on until u are in the TMGL Invite Hub. This would give new but also old Players a reason to grind on a daily basis and not to forget, a reason to get Club Access.
This feature should also be available for a selected group of Clubs, so they can create their own Ladder. Let's say you give the permission to me e.g. and i can create my own Ladder inside my Hub, where people can play 1v1s on my own built or selected maps. It doesn't have to be always 1v1, maybe even more game modes available, but i feel like a 1v1 Match for Ladders or Hubs would bring the most activity for the beginning. Again, those kind of Ladders/Hubs can be improved steadily by the Dev Team by adding or adjusting things.
These kind of Hubs/Ladders are very successful in other games. If you need an example: The Platform Faceit - Hubs in CS:GO and other games. It gives people a reason to play and creates a big exposure. Many games and many Providers/Platforms have that intern or extern of the game organised.

Little ADD: i want to add that this gives a reason to play the game actively for everybody. From Top Player to very Casual Player. There can be Tech Hubs, Fullspeed Hubs, Ice Hubs etc. - people can prove whos the best Player in which Style e.g. ... endless possibilities with that kind of feature. Or well.. Just play your favourite maps in 1v1 against ur friends or others if you are too casual for trying to "get better".
