[2020] Few questions for own Club / Dedicated server / Local club stats

Hi All,

first of all i want to apologize becase for sure I am asking here things which can be found out here.. but i have absolutely no experience with this tuff so I would like to kindly ask you guys to basic info how to:

I would like to add local lap record on my club, I think i need to run own dedicated server and use some plugin for it then?

Would you be so kind and drop me here few basic points (of course i will search for it myself and learn how to then) how to achieve own club statistics ?
