[2020] Trophy system is an unclear mess

So, what bothers me right now is this whole trophy system. The only thing that is explained about it, is that you can get trophies, and the higher trophy the more points you get. When do you get what trophy? That is not explained anywhere. I was for example playing the summer campaign and me and another driver were doing top 120 times. What did we get? 2 trophy 1s. Both worthless and it brings me to the next point, even though he was quicker than me, we got the same trophy, both twice. We both only got 1 trophy more than the one in 3rd, who was a few seconds slower! Then up until at least p10, also got the same trophy 1...

This means you don't get awarded for being quicker, it is unclear to anyone how it works, you don't know what series has bigger trophy prices.
