Right now there is not much of a reward for winning Royale, except for a number going up. A lot of the Royale skins do look amazing and I think many people would enjoy them outside of Royale too.
My suggestion is that everyone with the Stadard access or higher would be able to exchange their Royale Crowns for any Royale skin they like and then use it in other gamemodes.
